Tracking Upgrades for Lettermail Shipping

This upgrade is for you if you want to order only stickers, stickersheets, postcards or the fish iron-on foil. If you order any other product with them your order will automatically be turned into a commercial shipment at check-out.

Purchasing this upgrade will add a tracking code to your order and also insurance. This means in case it gets lost I can send you a replacement at no extra costs for you.

The tracking code will be in your shipping notification that you will receive once I have printed your shipping label.

Find the available options below. There is no minimum amount you have to spend to use any of the options.

Germany - Einwurf-Einschreiben
- tracking + insurance
- sent in a regular envelope

International Lettermail Tracking
- for lettermail orders outside Germany
- tracking + insurance
- sent in a regular envelope

International Commercial Shipment
- for all lettermail orders outside Germany
- for if you want to buy *a lot* of stickers or postcards
- your order will be treated like a commercial shipment (how I ship charms, pins. etc.) incl. custom's declaration
- tracking + insurance
- sent in a sturdy cardboard envelop

Please double-check at check-out that you chose the right shipping option for your country. If you're international but chose Germany I will contact you and ask for you to pay the missing amount + additional Paypal fee for the extra transaction.

Disclaimer:
1) I cannot send a free replacement for orders that have been marked "delivered" by your mail service, because they will not let me file a "lost shipment" report on a delivered order. If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, you will have to get in contact with your mail service and ask for an investigation. I will not do that for you.

2) If your order gets lost or returned to me because you made a mistake in your address I will not send a free replacement. So please double check your address! If your order gets returned to me I will get in contact with you to discuss your options.

3) I can only send replacements for items still in stock. If it is not we will discuss the options for a different item of the same price.
