Where do you ship from?
Germany! (the country in Europe)
General order processing time (Germany and international)
I try keep processing times within 1 - 2 weeks. Depending on how many orders come in it might take me longer than that to get to your order. I appreciate your patience!
Once I packed and labeled your order, you will receive a shipping notification and a link to track your order through the email you provided with your purchase. International orders and orders from Germany that are being send as a package are tracked. It can take up to 48h until the status of your order updates in DHL's tracking system.
T-SHIRTS
The shirts are neither stored nor shipped by me. They will be shipped separately by Printful, a drop-shipping company. This means your shirts and other merch will NOT be shipped out together and will arrive separately from each other. You will also receive 2 shipping notifications; one for your shirt and one for any other merch. If there are issues with your shirt order, please reach out to them, as I have no influence on their packing or shipping process.
GERMANY
Shipping times
Between 2-5 working days from the day I drop it off at the post office. You will get a shipping notification mail once it's shipped.
Sticker-/Postcard-only orders
Stickers, stickersheets, postcards and mini-zines are shipped as regular lettermail (Briefversand). They are not tracked. If you plan on ordering *a lot* of stickers/postcards (~ 30€), you can get in touch with me and we can change your order to a tracked "Einschreiben" for an additional fee of 2,76 € (2,35 € for the Einschreiben + 0,41 € Paypal transaction fee).
BüWa
Other merch like charms, washi tapes, pins etc. are send as Bücher-/Warensendungen. BüWa's are not tracked. You will receive a shipping notification when your order has shipped.
Paket
Orders that include the coloring book and/or a plush will be send as tracked "Paket". You will receive the tracking code to the email you provided.
INTERNATIONAL
Shipping times
Between 5 working days, up to 12 weeks from the day I drop it off at the post office. Some packages take a lot of time because they're send as sea freight. I have no influence on the manner of transportation for your order. Please always contact your mail service if you have questions about the status of your package.
If your country is not available at check-out I do not ship tracked packages there. Lettermail however is open to all countries again.
Packages - International
International packages are send with tracking. You will receive your tracking code to your email that you provided, so please make sure it is correct.
Lettermail - International
Open to all countries again!
Lettermail is available for the following products:
- stickers
- stickersheets
- postcards
- iron-on patch
These items are sent as UNTRACKED lettermail. This is the most affordable option for people who just want some stickers or a postcard. If your sticker order is 15€+ I recommend getting in touch with me to upgrade your order to be tracked for an additional fee.
I'm not responsible for untracked letters that go lost in the mail, no matter the value! I do not send free replacements for stickermail orders.
If your country is not shown as a shipping option at check-out let me know and I will add it! I have to add each country manually, so it might've just slipped through.
If you add anything to your order that doesn't qualify for lettermail shipping will be automatically upgraded to tracked shipping at check-out.
Shipping FAQ
My order is taking SO long!
Once I droppped the package/letter off at the post office, it's out of my hands. Literally! Please contact your country's mail service with your tracking number and they should be able to help.
Do you do refunds and/or exchanges?
No refunds and/or exchanges, sorry!
Can you mark my order as gift?
No. I don't want to fight the fiscal authorities.
My shop does not charge VAT upfront, so you're fully responsible for any taxes that you might have to pay. I highly recommend to read up on customs charges for your country to avoid any bad surprises.
I moved/made a mistake in the address form!
Please email me asap! I can still change your address when I haven't shipped out your order.
I'm missing an item/got the wrong item!
Oops! Please don't hesitate to get in touch! I'll send you a replacement asap at no extra costs for you!
My order got damaged during transit
I'm not responsible for damage that happens during the shipping process. If you already notice any damage/tears/water damage on the outside of your package, document the damage before you open it. Contact your mailing service for possible solutions.
My order got lost.
I'm really sorry about that, but there is nothing I can do about it. Sometimes a package isn't properly scanned by the mail service but pops up at a later date.
My order was returned to sender.
If your order (tracked or lettermail) ends up in my mail box I will get in touch with you to discuss the following options:
Send it out again: we double-check your address and I will resend it. You will have to pay the shipping fee again + possible return fees (depends on mailing service)
Refund: I will refund your order value, but not the shipping costs + possible return fees (depends on mailing service). You won't receive any merch.
If I made a blooper with your address and as a result it gets returned to me, I will send your order out again at no extra costs for you of course.
